Do I need to buy an SMTP Outbound account in addition to an Email Full account?
No. When you sign up for either an Email Full package you will also receive outbound email access.
I thought my ISP provided outbound email?
Most ISPs do offer an outbound email service when you sign up to an internet connection. However, there are some ISPs who do not offer outbound email such as BT broadband. Gradwell provide the ideal solution for customers in this situation.
Is there a limit on the amount of emails I can send?
Yes. Your limit will depend on the SMTP package you sign up for.
How many different logins am I allowed?
Again, this will vary depending on the package you decide on. We currently offer packages for between 1 - 200 users.
